Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy for Print-on-Demand Items

Each item in this shop is custom-made just for you. That means I don’t keep shelves of inventory—your order is printed and packed the moment you place it. Because of this, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for things like buyer’s remorse, wrong size orders, or “I changed my mind.”

But I’ve got your back if something goes wrong.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or clearly misprinted, please contact me within 30 days of receiving it.

Shoot me a message and include:

  • A photo of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

Once confirmed, I’ll get you a replacement or full refund—whichever you prefer. No cat claws necessary.

Lost in Transit?

If your order goes missing and tracking confirms it never arrived, let me know. I’ll investigate and arrange a replacement at no charge.

Thanks for supporting a small artist-run store! If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact me. I promise I don't bite—unless you're tuna.

Return Policy for Handmade & Original Items

All of my handmade figurines and original art are sold as-is. These pieces are one-of-a-kind or made in very small batches, and small imperfections are part of their handmade charm.

Because of this, I do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they were damaged during shipping.

Damaged in Transit?

If your item arrives broken or seriously damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it. Include:

  • A photo of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

I'll let you know if the item can be repaired or remade, and work with you on a solution—either a refund, repair, or replacement (depending on the piece and materials available).

If I don’t hear from you within that 3-day window, I’ll assume the item arrived safe and sound and consider the sale final.

Thanks so much for supporting handmade art! Every sculpture or painting I send out was made with care, and I want them to arrive safely in their new homes.
