Shipping policy

Most items in my shop are made to order or handmade, which means processing times can vary. Print-on-demand items like shirts, mugs, and notebooks typically ship within 2 to 5 business days. Handmade resin cats and original paintings may take up to 3 business days before shipping.
Items are shipped via USPS, UPS, or through local fulfillment partners, depending on the product and your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your item ships.
Estimated delivery times vary. For U.S. orders, expect delivery within 3 to 7 business days after shipment. International orders can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, Australia, Japan, and a select number of other countries. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, feel free to reach out and ask.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply. These vary by country and are not included in your purchase price.
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, contact me through the store’s contact form. If it’s a print-on-demand item, I’ll work with the fulfillment provider to make it right. For original and handmade pieces, I’ll do my best to either repair, refund, or replace the item if it's confirmed lost.
